I'm an independent developer focusing on nutrition, health, and personal development. In 2012, I was diagnosed by my doctor with a histamine intolerance. At that time, I felt quite left alone and ended up buying a few books to change my diet. This also led to the creation of my first app, Lunchly, an app designed to help people with intolerances to histamine, fructose, gluten, and salicylates easily find foods they can tolerate. However, I've continually noticed that nutrition is a very individual and personal matter.
There isn't a one-size-fits-all rule for getting it right. Every body is different and reacts differently to certain foods. Of course, most of us know which foods are healthy or unhealthy. But when the body reacts to foods, it's usually delayed, and there's often a lot of uncertainty about which foods may be triggering certain symptoms. This inspired me to develop another app for tracking diet and symptoms. Of course, there are already some products on the market, but most of them are too complicated for me personally, or they lack a simple and clear evaluation of the food. Sometimes they're backed by large companies, and it's not clear where these very personal and sensitive data end up.
Thank you!!!
