Example 1: Coffee – 2/16 (12%) You logged coffee 17 times. 2 times it was followed by a symptom, 14 times without. 1 entry was removed because it fell into the same correlation window as another coffee already linked to a symptom. → Coffee is therefore rather unlikely to be your trigger.

Example 2: Chocolate – 5/6 (83%) You logged chocolate 8 times. 5 times it was followed by a symptom, once without. 2 entries were removed because they fell into the same correlation window. → Chocolate is therefore quite likely connected to your symptom.

👉 Important: If you eat something several times within the same time window and then log a symptom, it’s only counted once for the correlation (to avoid skewed results). In contrast, the “most eaten foods” statistics count all entries.
